Do you also work on a success-based basis or in exchange for company shares?

We deliberately don't offer purely success-based compensation. Performance doesn't just depend on our work but also on external factors such as product, price, competition, market demand, seasonality, sales processes and internal response speed. We raise awareness of these factors - but they're mostly outside our sphere of influence.

Instead, we work transparently on demand or within a predictable monthly retainer - with clear deliverables, reporting and optimisation cycles. Working in exchange for company shares is conceivable if we're allowed to take strategic responsibility for the entire company's communications and online marketing.
